Privacy Policy

Summary

BeepLab stores your test results and settings on your device only - nothing is sent anywhere. The app has no account system, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. Your data lives entirely on your phone and is deleted when you delete the app.

What we collect

App Activity

• Test results (level, shuttle, date, athlete count)
• App settings and preferences

Stored locally on device via iOS UserDefaults only. Never transmitted.

Camera

• Live camera feed during AR course measurement

Used only when the user opens the AR measurement tool. No images or video are stored or transmitted at any point.

What we do not collect

• Name or email address
• Location or GPS data
• Health or fitness data transmitted off device
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Crash reports or usage analytics
• Payment information
• Contacts or calendar data

Location data

BeepLab does not access your location. The AR course measurement uses the device camera and motion sensors (ARKit) — not GPS - and no spatial data is stored.

Analytics and crash reporting

None. BeepLab contains no analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs of any kind

Third-party services

• None. BeepLab uses only Apple's built-in frameworks (ARKit, AVFoundation, SceneKit, SwiftUI).

Data retention

All data is stored locally on your device indefinitely until you delete it. No data is held on any server.

Data deletion and requests

Delete the app. All test results, settings, and any cached data are permanently removed from your device when the app is deleted. There is no account to close and no server-side data to request deletion of.
