Summary
Roduko collects only the information needed to run Sudoku games, multiplayer rooms, player profiles, leaderboards, challenges, notifications, and support requests. Roduko does not sell your data, does not use third-party advertising trackers, and does not require an account to play. Some multiplayer information, such as your display name, avatar, progress, score, and leaderboard position, may be visible to other players in the same room.

If you choose to sign in with Apple, Roduko stores the account identifier needed to recognise your profile.

If you enable notifications, Roduko may store an Apple Push Notification token so game or challenge alerts can be sent.

What we do not collect
- Roduko does not intentionally collect precise GPS location.
- Roduko does not collect contacts or address book data.
- Roduko does not collect microphone recordings.
- Roduko does not collect camera data unless you choose to provide an avatar image.
- Roduko does not collect health or fitness data.
- Roduko does not collect payment card details.
- Roduko does not sell personal data.
- Roduko does not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Roduko does not track your browsing across other apps or websites.
Data retention
Roduko keeps data only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the game, support reconnects, show results, maintain profiles, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and operate the service. Active room and gameplay data may be kept for a limited period after a game ends so results, reconnects, and reliability features can work. Profile, challenge, social, and notification data may be kept while your Roduko profile remains active. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for debugging, security, and reliability. Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time until those backups expire or are overwritten.
Data deletion and requests
You can request deletion of your Roduko profile or related data using the contact form on the website. Please include enough information to help identify the relevant data, such as: Your Roduko display name A room code, if relevant Approximate date of play Your device/player ID, if available Roduko will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise associated profile data, notification tokens, social/challenge data, and linked gameplay data where practical. Some limited data may be retained if needed for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, service reliability, or backup expiry. Note: update this policy before adding paid accounts, PayPal subscriptions, analytics tools, or any new third-party services.
